We're so excited to host you and your guests at our studio in the heart of Winter Park.  Whether you're interested in booking our space for a photo session or an event, we can accommodate you.  Generally, event bookings are available most evenings and weekends, while photo sessions can be booked during the weekdays as well.

Our space is approximately 1500 square feet with the majority of it being open concept.  There is seating for approximately 25 people on various sofas and chairs throughout the studio.

Please review the following terms for frequently asked questions.

Food & Drink:  We highly advise you to be cautious in your selection of food and beverage.  Items that would stain furniture should be avoided.  Absolutely no alcohol should be consumed my minors, nor should it be consumed in the exterior areas of the studio.
Site decoration: There are approximately 6 wall panels that can be used to tack decorations, photos, and more in the studio.  Other than that, no decorations should be taped, stapled, or adhered to the wall.  Absolutely no glitter or confetti should be used. 
Conduct: Kardinia Home is located within Winter Park with city ordinances that request no loud music, no interior smoking, no use of drugs, no alcohol outside the building. We also request that no pets are brought.
Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen.  If you need to cancel your event 25 days or more before the date, we will provide you with a full refund. 10-24 days before the date, 75% refund. 5-9 days before the event, 50% refund. 1-4 days the event, no refund.
Cleaning and Trash: We kindly ask that you leave our studio in the same condition it was found.  Please bring your own trash bags and dispose of them in the dumpster behind the studio.  
Equipment and Furniture: The studio furniture must not be moved at all.  Guests are welcome to bring in additional chairs and folding tables should they need them.  Additionally, the TV and Alexa enabled speaker in the studio can be used by guests.
Cleaning Fee & Security Deposit: In addition to your rental, there will be a $50 cleaning fee and $200 security deposit.  The security deposit will be returned to you after the event.  Should damage to the facility incur, an additional invoice will be billed to cover damages.
Termination Clause: The studio rental may be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to weather-related incidents, government shutdown, pandemic, or another disaster.
Indemnification Clause:  In consideration of the value of the facilities provided, the event renter will, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kardinia Interior Design, including its current and former employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of, or from the performance of its operations or services, or any act, omission, claim or loss of any of its employees, agents, volunteers, participants, guests or any other party they are responsible for, regardless of whether or not such claim, damage, loss or expense is caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge or reduce other rights or obligations of indemnity that would otherwise exist in the absence of this agreement.
