All Domestic US shipping orders are shipped from Winter Park, Florida.
Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5 business days.
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our studio in Winter Park, Florida. You will be contacted by our team once your order is ready for pickup to confirm a pickup date/time.
Freight Carriers
Kardinia Home does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies.
We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery. Kardinia Home will not be held responsible for any damages after inspection upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately. Kardinia Home will happily accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue.
Lead Times
In stock items ship within 5 business days. Custom order and pre-order items will have estimated shipping times listed.
We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed. Gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout or forward to your recipient.
